New China in Lebanon

I have never had anything bad from here. It's always good food served fast and hot. Staff is very nice and the place is clean every time I walk in.

Hot, fresh, well prepared Asian cuisine. My favorite is Shrimp Chow Mein with an egg roll to boot. My husband insists that we order together, because the garlic and onion "whammy" breath that lingers after eating should be shared by two people that like each other. Lol! Delicious.

Chicken with garlic sauce was good and full of fresh hand chopped vegetables. Wonton Soup was flavorful and complete with homemade wontons - 8 in a quart!

I love their pan fried dumplings. Service is always pretty fast and always delicious

This place is excellent. I recommend their crab ragoon, sweet & sour pork, and pan fried dumplings. It's cheap, quick, and worth every penny. If only they had sushi!

Yes it's small inside we alway's do take out and never been disappointed, great Chinese food.

Not the best looking place inside, but I rate it 5 stars because it has the best orange chicken & general tso chicken! We always get the $5.50 lunch special that comes with lo mein or friend rice, choice of chicken, and egg roll or can of pop. We just call ahead, and it's ready in 10 minutes for us to pick it up. The portions are large, and the chicken is ALWAYS crispy and delicious. And when I reheat it in the microwave later, it doesn't get soggy or soft, and it still tastes excellent.

This is by far the best Chinese place around. The people that own and run the establishment are extremely friendly. They always get our order correct and they're fast..last night we had our food in less than 20 minutes. Their crab rangoon is the best I've ever had..the hot and sour soup is excellent, and the moo shu pork is amazing! Portions are hearty..a large will feed 2 people easily. Highly recommended them!!

Although most people would drive right past this place and assume it to be nothing but a whole in the wall it is very much the opposite. The owners and their children are not only friendly and polite but are very wonderful cooks. The lunch prices are a very good deal and the amount of food you receive is not only very flavorful but will be more than the average person could eat at one sitting. I highly recommend the Dragon and Phoenix (if you like shrimp and chicken) it is the best that I've had

Great selection of foods in the buffet and always filled up.

First thing, keep in mind that this is not the place like PF Chang or some other high end restaurant where you have several waitresses and ambient light etc. This is a place where you can get lunch fast and taste all the traditional Chinese menus. Their quality is consistent ( ordered the shrimp and you will see how big they are) and price is very fair. I'm 6' and 240 Lbs and one entry with a soup are always enough to fill me up. Make sure you call ahead for take out as they can become busy. Taste is top notch.

It was acceptable but I've been to better places.Lebanon sucks for restaurant's.You have to go out of town to find really good places to eat.Which is why I'm moving out of town soon.Not much selection.It may be the best Chinese in Lebanon but that's not saying much compared to other places.We just close and convenient really.

Very good food, not a big dining area but a very good meal

- Food was over priced. - Food had little flavor and chicken was barely eatable. Flavor was like water and your usually sugary flavor. Had no spice or real flavor.- Restaurant was dirty and disgusting. I wasn't even sure if I should have ate the food after picking it up. I hope I don't get sick.- Didn't get my 2nd egg roll which I asked and paid for. Seems to be a communication issue with their kitchen as another customer reported the same issue. I will not be going back to get my missing egg roll I am moving on.I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I just recently began working in the Lebanon area and had to find somewhere to go for lunch. When I first read the reviews for New China, I was skeptical. I have since ordered lunch from them on two separate occasions. Each time, I have ordered the General Tso's Lunch Combo with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. I have been very surprised by New China and it has since become my favorite lunch spot in Lebanon. The food is always fresh and hot and ready within 10 minutes of calling in the order. I gave a 4 star review due to the chicken being a bit generic. It almost seems as though they use a very generic sauce on the General Tso's chicken. I have not tried the other chicken options so I don't want to dock them too much. For the price, and speed of the place, you must be prepared for it to not be a flawless experience. I will continue to get lunch from New China until I am no longer working in the area.

The food is nothing to write home about. It's bland and really overpriced for what you get. We drive to Fantastic Wok by Kings Island for really good food at the same price.

Good food and prices. One of the better Chinese places in town.

I've been going to them for years and I've never had an issue with them. A little pricey but I'd rather pay them more to stick around then to see them close up. It's hard to find good Chinese food. I've ordered their general tsos chicken and I like it a lot more then other Chinese places.

I celebrated my nomination last night in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a terrific evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for this successful evening. The waiters cooperated in a splendid style, the cooking was delicious and my friends were extremely delighted. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Good food and quick. Priced just right for a budget.

This is a great local restaurant. They have a varied menu - lunch specials are a A personal favorite is Empress Chicken. Happy Family is also a good choice. They have a seating area but most of their business is carryout.

Always great food and good customer service.

This is our favorite of two locations in town. This is good American Chinese food. My only problem is ordering. It is confusing so I don't do it over the phone. However, that doesn't stop me from coming back. It is also not the cheapest.

Much better than a few of the other local options for inexpensive Chinese take out. The dining room itself was small and unimpressive, but the staff and food were good. 3 dinner combinations was just a bit over $20 which was excellent. Call in for pickup is recommended.

The worst of the Chinese fast food chains.

Best Chinese in town. We've never been disappointed. We used to drive to Dorthy Lane in Dayton for good Chicken Chow Me in. Now we don't have to. Great pork fried rice too.

You would get the best chinese in lebanon (which isn't saying much)... if they actually ever got your order right. My family and I have been ordering from new china for years and they've gotten our fully correct order maybe 3 times. And tonight was the last straw. My mom called back after receiving our wrong order with her food entirely missing, and the staff handled the situation very poorly. We live too far to return the food and they would not refund or credit our meal and actually began to yell at my mom for "having the nerve to complain". They make tasty food, but order from Asian Gourmet. They'll get your order right.

Love the old fashioned, street yet family style atmosphere. Great food, nice portions and they're home brewed tea is delicious. Reminds me a lot of my favorite Chinese restaurant in my hometown of Orlando FL, Pu Yi Chinese.

My husband and I love ordering their food! We've been eating their food since high school, and still eat it when we want a movie night in with our kids. My favorite thing is that they actually recognize us and our kids and make us feel welcomed everytime we order. The food is amazing, and the staff is also great.

Good pork dumplings and egg drop soup.

This place provides amazing service and yummy meals. My favourite spot around here. The food and drinks came out rapidly and the rates were fair. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I have tried several places in the Lebanon/Monroe area and this is by far the best Chinese food place we've tried. You don't get as much food as you do some other places but I'll sacrifice the amount for better tasting that's for sure! Lunch specials are currently $5.25 and you can choose between a drink/wonton soup/egg roll. I always get the Chicken w. Garlic Sauce and Sesame Chicken. They don't offer buffet and I prefer take out (not dining in) since they don't have a lot of tables and we are a big family.

Up until getting a cockroach cooked into my chicken I loved this place. Recently the quality went down the drain. Ended up finding a cockroach cooked into my food. Super gross. Health Dept contacted.

Last year I gave them 5 stars...well today it was terrible. The shrimp fried rice smelled so bad my family didnt eat it they was scared the shrimp was bad. My veggie fried rice taste like dirt and the egg rolls had a weird taste that was gross.im so bummed out.this place used to be so good. Sad to say but I wont be back here again.

I hate to give it 3 stars because I do really like their food. The past 3 times I've tried to order delivery they have told me they weren't able to deliver on that day. (I already know they don't deliver on Mondays, the days I called were on Fridays and Saturdays). Other than the lack of reliable delivery, the food is pretty good.
